The bank is very good. I have been with them for 7 years and everything is very good. I am satisfied.

Good customer service, however, I wish there were more staff working to reduce the constant long lines. I’m always waiting a ridiculous amount of time for something that takes minutes to resolve.

Nicolas is the best, she helped me with my paperwork within less than I was expecting, and she is professional and helpful. Highly recommend her.
