“Recently bought a Sony stereo had palace install it in my 2008 Chevy Impala SS (V8 of course) :-P they did an amazing job, the radio I had in it was factory locked from anti theft system I for the life of me couldnt find the wiring sequence online and everyone on YouTube was giving out false/bad information. Palace installed my stereo professional and quickly as well as charged a more than reasonable price considering the wire damage that was done on my behalf. They kept it neat and clean. I can't say enough good things. I'm going back for a full speaker system/installation soon. 100% recommend they deserve more than 5 stars!!!”

“This is the second review I've ever made about Chevy. I have acknowledged Miles each time. He's just so understanding and accommodating!!! I was having issues w my SUV and couldn't get in for an appointment for another week. There was no way my car would last that long so I decided it was best to try to get my car to the dealership because it was driving horribly this morning I just showed up; without an appointment. They were very busy however, Miles didn't turn me away. In fact he had the part on hand and fixed the issue the same day!!! I'm so thankful for Miles every time I have to come into Chevy !!!”
