“I had them look at my 2016 Mazda6. Dropped it off at 8AM. By noon they had called me to confirm what I suspected was the issue (damaged wheel bearing), and asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. By 3PM they called again to let me know the car was ready. I did not think my car would be back on the road the same day so I was extremely surprised and pleased. The cost of the diagnostic and repair was very reasonable in my opinion at $150 total for labor.”

“Recently bought a Sony stereo had palace install it in my 2008 Chevy Impala SS (V8 of course) :-P they did an amazing job, the radio I had in it was factory locked from anti theft system I for the life of me couldnt find the wiring sequence online and everyone on YouTube was giving out false/bad information. Palace installed my stereo professional and quickly as well as charged a more than reasonable price considering the wire damage that was done on my behalf. They kept it neat and clean. I can't say enough good things. I'm going back for a full speaker system/installation soon. 100% recommend they deserve more than 5 stars!!!”

Went in today to ship out a box for a return and wasn't sure this location was a UPS access point and if it was going to work since my label wasn't printed, however because of him my experience was enhanced. He was very patient and willing to go out his way to save me time in my life. The label I did have was accurate and it did specify that I was at the right location but it was on my phone. A woman there was recommending me to go to the UPS store in Swampscott and thankfully Julio stepped in and helped me. I really appreciated that and hope he gets noticed for this. True great customer service. Thank you for not brushing me off.”
