Apparently “sure I’ll take the phone and it can sit in the back of the store and you’ll still pay for it” is a solution for what to do with a device that is past the 14 day policy. Didn’t even bother getting his or a managers name because was genuinely shocked at the level of disinterest in helping a customer so I walked out instead of reciprocating his response

Franklin and another employee (whose name I can't remember!) stayed late to help me with my new account. I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T, as well as upgrading to the new iPhone, and they both worked seamlessly to get me set up with everything. Very friendly and welcoming store! Will definitely be returning for any needs in the future.

Purchased my iPhone and Apple Watch at this location. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable purchasing the items and the service provided was honest, quick, and friendly. Got my watch 3 weeks before what Apple was offering for a delivery date. I recommend this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or accessory.

Friend was getting his phone fixed and I asked to use the bathroom as a customer and the man working was super rude and said “nope” I’ve noticed Massachusetts AT&T locations have the rudest staff. The staff in Everett were also extremely rude to me. Will for sure be switching to T- Mobile or Verizon as soon as my plan is up! AT&T should train their staff better with customer service skills!

Had such a great experience yesterday. Enver was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I got 2 new phones half off with the promotion they’re having right now and a great deal on the accessories I needed. Next time you find yourself in need of new products try out this location and ask for Enver Romero, he was great
