Package required a custom made box, took awhile to get this done but the recipient was impressed with how well this was packaged. Staff was friendly also.

One of the most horrendous experiences ever !!
I don’t even know if I can call this a business or an scam, but this seems to be a scam because we paid almost a hundred dollars because they told us that the service would be delivered in three days, but that never happened, and the lady was very rude when we complained about it, that they even hung up on us.
Extremely expensive and the worst was that at the end they did not give us the service that we already had paid for!!!
I gave you one star because I have to do it, not because you guys deserve it!
Very sad and pathetic!
They are taking advantage of people who trusted them. Shame on you!!

I went to pick up my items, they told me they no longer get items from wish, they gave me a number because my email and bar code state my items were delivered there. I called the number only for it to say wish don’t have phone support. How does everything say my items are there except the store

Showed up to the store at around 4PM on Friday. There was a sign on the door that read “be back in 15 minutes”. Waited 15 minutes and store remained unoccupied. Terrible service.

Who do I believe the reviews or what I am experiencing right now? I was supposed to get a package delivered there from Amazon on a Thursday driver couldn’t get in at 4pm, went back Friday at 1pm the place was closed! How is this business even open? Supposedly open 9-6pm, I have a great suggestion hire another person so when you have to take a break there wouldn’t be a need to close shop! I thought I would support our local businesses big mistake! I will stick with Saugus!!?Amazing how a negative review and the OWNER has a response immediately, How about being open during regular business hours for the working public who chose this location because it was in THEIR/MY city. The City of Lynn appreciates you!
