I come here a few times a week, because I live close. It's been that way for over 10 years. The same family has owned the place, probably longer than that. After a decade of shopping there, I can say without a doubt they hate white people ?

This 711 in austin sq in lynn ma is the worst they always close at least 15min before they say theu are open until and they always say no they cant reload your card they cant give you a money order after 10pm they are so rude

This 7-11 has 0 customer service. Even if signs are incorrect the employees barely know any English and have no sense of service.

I went in to order pizzas. Austin sq is the closet to me. I usually do this once a week. Never had any problems. But tonight, a woman was there and refused to make them. This is not the only time she gave me an issue, she purposely pressed the cancel button when I was putting money on my card...2 times she said it was no good but on receipt it says it was canceled. She doesn't speak good English what so ever. I don't know this lady, but it seems she is racist. It was a happy ending though, I went to 7/11 in Peabody on Lynn st. ( my good friends) made me awesome pizzas. 10 stars for them !!!They are always good to me.

I was visiting from out of state and went here to cash the scratch off tickets I had that I knew were winners. I asked the man to scan the other tickets (since multiple people had scratched them and I wasn't positive that they were all losers), but he rudely told me he would only scan winners. He then asked my age (30) and said I looked 17. It was not said as any kind of compliment, not that it could be anyways. There was just bad communication and a bad vibe, and I regret choosing this location for my stop.

I don't understand the negative reviews. This is one of my favorite stops. The morning worker is always so nice and friendly and efficient. For example, yesterday there was a bit of a line. He got through the line quickly all while keeping his cool and with a smile on his face. Maybe those who are quick to post a bad review should work a retail job for a day. Or learn some patience. Rant over. One of my favorite locations.
