NOT a single human checkout stand open at 9 am today. Was FORCED to do self checkout. I deeply resent this! Walmart makes trillions, pays their employees poorly & now they are forcing us, the consumer, they make their very profit off of, to do their employees' work???? I like having a human being check my purchases out, NOT just a machine ? will not be back to this Walmart again. Rindge, NH has human beings that run the checkouts. Please go to Rindge, NH instead of Lunenburg, MA. People need their jobs back!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and checked in at 250pm. Was told at 430pm that there were no certified technicians on site to perform the oil change and they had to reschedule me to the following day. Guess what?! Showed up the next day and was smart enough to ask beforehand this time and they said they still didn’t have certified technicians on site. If you need anything automotive go SOMEWHERE ELSE. Manager (tall guy with small goatee) couldn’t care less. Didn’t even apologize for the fact inconvenience. Take your business elsewhere

Customer service has slacked in the last year, you walk in and no hello, welcome to Walmart or how are you, it's like no one wants to be working so their bad attitude wears off to me the customer, not good!!!! And NO ONE EVER answers the phone when u call, that's bad for business!!!
