“What can I not say about this place? The receptionist is now my best friend in the entire world, the work done? Phenomenal. I would recommend A &P auto in Fitchburg to anyone who needs help. My 2017 Subaru engine went while driving and I was towed there , completely in disarray and was met with nothing but kindness and support. If you are someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars and are worried about having it be fixed come here. They explain every single detail you, contact you with any updates and additionally have the best prices around. They have gained themselves a loyal customer as well as someone who will positively vouch for their company . “The staff are incredibly helpful. I talked to a dealership about a side mirror for my car and it was going to cost more than I could afford. I was in a pinch and I use my car for work so I was unbelievably stressed out. R.H. Wilson was able to order me a part that cost half of what the dealership was going to charge me….. and it got here IN ONE DAY. I literally had the mirror on my car the next day and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for helping me in such a speedy fashion. The part was perfect. You could have put it in a box and told me it was brand new and I wouldn’t have questioned it. Huge shoutout. You guys saved the day.”

“I work here in fitchburg but live in ny. I got an alignment done at my home. I went to get an alignment with a straight wheel. When I left ot was off center to the right. Went back and they adjusted it and it was twice as bad. Went back and they re adjusted it back to off center to the right. Did not want to go back for a 4th time so I took a chance and had Jay's do an alignment and first time my wheel was perfect. Thank you. Will go back for more repairs.”

“Clocked out of work to find my tire flat with a nail in it. After calling about a dozen shops, this was the only one that could help me same day.
They got me into a bay immediately, repaired my tire and got me out within 30 minutes. The gentleman hooked me up, which he didn't have to do but I greatly appreciated it. Fast and friendly service, would recommend.”

“Truly the most honest, hard working shop around. I've been to a lot of mechanics throughout the years, and this is by far my favorite. They are organized, kind, and have fair prices! 10/10
I have brought my old camry there a few times and most recently brought my sister in laws truck there to check her serpentine belt. They were busy and even mentioned that they wouldn't have another opening for a week because *I* was late for the appointment, and despite all that, they took the time out of their busy schedule to look at it.
