Ordered some dealer only parts through the North End Subaru Portal on the Subaru website. They were shipped to the dealer and at my door in a couple days. Was supposed to be a customer pick up but they did the courtesy of delivering them anyway. Parts fit, repair went well. Great experience.

This is the 3rd CX-5 I've bought from North End. Their low pressure sales and finance team were incredible. Plus I got a great trade-in value for my 2017. Ask for Nick when you go....he's the best!

Was looking for a new, reliable SUV with AWD or 4WD to replace my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Nick was my sales rep and was just amazing. After experiencing high-pressure from some other dealers (Prime, Ron Bouchard) and underwhelming vehicles elsewhere, I tried North End based on the recommendations of several friends. What a pleasure! No high pressure, very informative, lots of test drives. From start to finish I felt that Nick was trying to get me into the right car for me, not just to make a sale. Tom in finance was equally helpful and accommodating. Picked up my car yesterday; Nick spent 45 minutes explaining everything I'd need to know with this car. Can't recommend North End Mazda highly enough!

The parts manager, Andrew, was superb in getting our parts promptly. He was friendly and engaging and made the entire process simple. I definitely will return to North End Subaru, and Andrew, when I need parts for my Subaru and I will highly recommend the same to others.

If you are looking for a sales person that genuinely cares about his customers go see Greg over at Northend Subaru! I was unhappy with the car that I had and wasn’t what I wanted, he moved mountains to get me into a new car that was more my style and fit my liking. I will always recommend him to everyone and anyone that I come in contact with looking for a new car !!!! Greg you rock!

This dealership has phenomenal customer service. Tom, Justin, and the ladies in the office all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They are are all super friendly as well and the whole experience was a pleasure. I could not recommend them more.
