If you’re looking for someone to Give you an example of how not to treat customers, go to the Store today. The girl working the Counter apparently doesn’t know what the words please and thank you Mean.
Usually everyone else there is very customer service oriented.

customer service is terrible, employees don't have any patience and take there anger out on people trying to make a simple purchase was a very disappointing experience

I read that someone said they did not know their inventory thats a mistake. There is a difference from not carrying some wine you want and not knowing their inventory. This is a family owned and operated business and they will go out of there way to make their customers happy. Me for example i drink a certain whiskey they know i am a regular so they order it and keep it in stock for me. I dare you to find another store that will do that for a customer who only comes in once a week maybe once every two weeks. Keep up the great job and to all those who say you want to help family owned businesses here is one which i gladly give my businiess to.

Quick convenient liquor/beer/wine store located near lake Whalom. They have a large variety of wines to choose from and a small/average selection of beer/liquor. They have all your basics and a few specialty. Lottery and some snacks also available. Very friendly staff. I gave them a 4 out of 5 only because they are limited on variety, do not carry some of my personal favorites.

The owner of Lunenburg Liquors is the perfect example of an excellent business owner. He has gone out of his way to help me find products in store and even ordered some for me that they did not stock. He is always friendly and attentive to customer needs and even knows some by first name. I would give him a 10 star review if possible.
