The manager that's there with really greasy hair and always wearing a kirby sweater is a complete jackass.I went in there to trade in some games i did not want anymore and he was giving a lot of attitude and just overall being an awful person over a simple mistake i made by asking if a game he put to the side was apart of my set and he said"first of all that isnt apart of your pile so just mind your business"with a HUGE attitude so i took all my games and left the store and i really hope someone above him sees this cause he really needs to given a reality check and hot to properly treat people especially the ones giving that jerk business

Always liked the ability to trade in games or consoles after they are no longer played/needed. Gamestop is good in that they will give you store credit or cash if the items are still sought after. So you can apply that towards your next purchase. Usually the staff are gamers and know a good amount about the stuff they sell.
