I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet. I also purchased a 2,000.00 warranty that covered the jeep which coverd next to nothing in the grand scheme of things (read the really really fine print) or better yet call the warranty manufacturer and ask questions. My passenger side window never rolled down. Driver side window eats through window fuses, I get about a two week workability and then the fuse needs to be replaced. The jeep overheats while idling. Jeep had no working heat. (I purchased it in the summer) The heating core had sealant added into it to cover up a leak of some sort, Which completely clogs the entire heating system. Check engine light had been on for a cylinder misfire and now I have uncovered that it has head Gasket problems. All of this was discovered about 6 months after the purchase because I didn’t have a valid license at the time. This makes me sick to my stomach. I have lost thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. Today I will be unloading this car and moving into a different vehicle. I feel robbed and wronged. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will never recommend anyone there. The jeep was also delivered to me with an empty tank of gas. I paid about 15,000.00 for this vehicle a little more than a year ago.

I had such a positive experience with this dealer and Ray in particular. Not your typical sleazy car dealer. Ray was honest and up front about everything and did his absolute best to help me find a car to fit my needs. Before pulling off the lot, Ray pulled out some cash and said ” you’re low on gas, go buy a tank on me” not a lot of people are that stand up and it really shows that he cares about his customers. Financing was a breeze (I had a co-signer but he was willing to work with me even without one). Bought on a Saturday, Before I could even call my insurance company Monday morning they had already contacted them and sent over all paperwork. Will definitely do business with them again in the future for my wife and I’s next vehicle.

I am NOT HAPPYThis place breaks the MA Lemon Law without a doubt. I have had more than a few issues with the Dodge Ram 1500 I bought a month and a half ago. I paid my deposit, signed the title, they had sent it to the shop to have a caliper replaced (I replaced the same one a week after having the truck home) furthermore I got the call saying the truck was ready to be picked up and I found 2 scratches left on the rear quarter panel no one decided to tell me about. And just the other day I started having issues with the transmission linkage and I have only put 150 miles on the truck.In response to owners reply:He never sent me any photo of any scratch I was the one who sent the photo. And I would’ve happily had the dealer do the mechanic work had they answered their phones

I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot in February of 2018. The Jeep was consistently overheating. I brought it back 3 times & each time they lied to me, said they found nothing. So, I realized I was getting nowhere with these con artists & brought my Jeep to Tom’s Auto. Tom’s mechanics found a massive crack in the engine. Cost me 2,800$ to replace the engine. These people at Daewoo are con artist charlatans. They take advantage of people with credit issues, giving people usurious interest loans. They’re no good. I recommend buying a tricycle before buying a vehicle from Daewoo. In response to the owner - it happened in the fall of 2018. Be happy to show you the receipt. You’re a crook

In response to the owner who replied to Billy Ryan's review. No it was not 3 1/2 years later, the issue with the engine started IMMEDIATELY, it was brought to you guys 3 times over a few months because we purchased your "warranty" and we were told there was nothing wrong. Then we brought it to reputable shop who told us the engine was cracked, engine was replaced 8 months after we got the car from you con artists. We have the receipts to back this us.
