For a store that is almost 100% driven by the pharmacy they should teach the pharmacists and techs what customer service is all about. Rude, short and unhelpful. Thank god Walgreens is right around the corner!!!

Sid, a customer service person at this store is superb. I watched her be very patient and kind to a gentleman and his son . The man was struggling at checkout. The son was embarrassed and Sid was kind, patient and caring. I was behind them in line. When it was my turn, I complimented her on her patience and she said "hurt people hurt people" ." Be kind. ". Sid was the highlight of my day and she probably has no idea the change she's making in people's lives.

Pharmacy sucks at contacting the right people. Medication that keeps people alive will sit in limbo until you call them twice. And then it will take a week to get anything.

I visited this store at around 5:45 pm on Tuesday April 30th and while the line was long, and the staff seemed to have had a very busy day, the lady helping me and others in the pharmacy were so nice and beyond helpful. I have had many experiences at drive thru pharmacies, but this particular CVS never disappoints. The staff are great and always ready to help as well as making sure I do not have any questions about the medicines I am receiving. This is how I wish all pharmacies operated. The kindness and customer service are exceptional.

Lost a customer.
Today, April 2nd at 5:30pm - the woman at the pharmacy who answered the phone to help my husband who was calling about an antibiotic fulfillment, who was not feeling well was met with the most unfriendly worker. She was downright unhelpful and disrespectful throughout the whole call and acted as if his call was an inconvenience. He said 'thank you' and she replied 'yeah' and hung up. Listen here, this kind of service is not okay, it's not kind and it is certainly not professional. You work in a profession dealing with people who are not well and should be treated with respect. We will be switching to Walgreens immediately. This is not okay.

In the last 3 months , they were suppose to refill a prescription and they have been late filling it each time ! By almost a week to 2 weeks late ! Rude on the phone and rude , short tempered workers there in the store too ! Also ... one med was not refilled due to some manufacturing problems ! Letting me know would have been helpful , so I could seek out other options !

The girl was very useful to me. I had been there twice today. When I went back I purchased Iron pills and she told me they’re two for the price of one. She even ran back to get me another one. That’s good service.

The mens room was disgusting. I will post pictures . Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week, atleast ! I hope they see this review and clean it up . If you offer a public restroom you need to clean it multiple times a day . There was no sign-in sheet on the inside of the door or wall to keep track of if someone cleaned it and at what time they cleaned it . Do better CVS . You should know better .

Had an unexpected insulin crisis yesterday, on a Friday afternoon. Pharmacist Erica couldn't have been more helpful or patient. She was willing to talk to me on the phone, researched how to provide what I needed, and even followed through when we found insulin at the Lunenburg Walmart instead of driving to the Gardner CVS. Saved the day and I can't thank her enough.

The girls at the front of the store are very nice but the folks in the pharmacy are very rude and abrasive… the girl helping me at the drive-thru tonight didn’t even look at me when she talked to me. In addition, there was no rush to help me when I drove up. There’s a reason why the rating is 2.5… does the company even look at these? They should. I’m very reasonable and nice person, and I know they deal with a lot of abrasive people, but they shouldn’t group us all together. I’m still the customer… does anyone even care anymore about doing their job properly?? (Electric Ave Store)

CVS IS USUALLY GREAT AND THE STAFF ARE USUALLY SECOND TO NONE, SO NICE FOR THE MOST PART. FOR THE PAST MONTH I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR MEDICATION THAT MY INSURANCE PAYS FOR. WHEN I CALL CVS IS NICE TO FIX IT BUT IT IS VERY TIME CONSUMING AND ANNOYING TO HAVE TO KEEP CALLING IN FOF THEM TO FIX THE ISSUE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I JUST NEED IT TO BE DILIVERED. TODAY I HELD ON FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEN SOMEONE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND I COULD HEAR TALKING IN THE BACKROUND AND THEN WHOMEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE JUST HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED RIGHT BACK HELD ON FOR ANOTHER 49 MINUTES AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED, SOMEONE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND IMMEDIATELY HUNG IT UP ON ME FOR A TOTAL OF AMOST TWO HOURS OF HANGING ON HOLD. I AM SO UPSET AND FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW, ESPECAILLY WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT FOR CVS TO GET MEDICATION IN THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ON HAND AT THE TIME OF ORDERING IT AND I AM NOT FEELING WELL. I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE CVS AND MOST OF THE STAFF, GOING HERE SINCE 2008 BUT REALLY WISH THEY HAD A BETTER PHONE SYSTEM AND NOT HANG UP OR LEAVE CUSTOMERS HOLDING ON FOREVER!!!

The CVS is horrible in lunenburg. You wait in line forever to get up to the counter and they can’t answer your questions or your prescription isn’t ready even though it was called in days ago.

These morons seem to think its okay to just not answer the phone. I was on hold fro 45 minutes, 3 fkn times. Bunch of dipshits.
