The staff is always helpful and friendly. They remember you when you walk in and provide the personal service that you don't get in the big box stores. I would rather spend a few more cents to shop local if the service is right.

I got a promo code online for signing up for email text. So I tried to buy a pallet pellets and it wouldn't honor it so thinking it was spelling I cut and pasted it. Next I went to the store went through it with them asked if they would honor it and was informed no. There customer value is a total of 35 dollars or maybe less I'm not going to find out. I figured I'd let people know. I also told them as a last chance for them that I can get it 5 miles away there discount would've made it the same cost as the other place and still no so I said thank you very politely and was on my way
