The staff is always helpful, especially the Media department. Kelly served me recently, and assisted me with printing photos. She was very knowledgeable and patient.

Terrible company, can’t find anything with everyone stealing from the store everyday and not one manager caring about how the store looks, not to mention the judgement the employees share openly about their customers would make anyone not want to even step in the store. If you can, avoid the headache by going to a different store where someone actually knows their store and the employees and machines actually work and won’t break down on you mid project.

Went there to fill a prescription, specifically a controlled substance which cannot be simply filled at another Walgreens. Thanks to this abhorrent lack of staff working a 9-2 schedule combined with a typical 9-5 job, it is now impossible to fill prescriptions at this location.

I have been shopping at this store since it came to Ludlow...availability of products is average...pharmacy is good, in spite of always being shorthanded....customer service is ok...the big problem is the cleanliness...it's appearance is very neglected...

Appalled at the lack of customer service, rudeness, and no appreciation of customers. Denise was so rude and said that my boyfriend was being a pain for asking about whether their location had any sports cards. Maybe it’s time for her to get another job since she appears to be so miserable

I've been with Walgreens for over 20 years different stores. they're always there to help even if I'm in a bad mood at the pharmacy or any other place in the store. If they can put up with me they're a hell of a store LOL

Need a drive thru window have to walk thru the whole store to pharm on far corner. Not a good plan at the Covid times.

This store is amazing with all the gadgets and extras they have here! Every corner is a new thing, be it stuffed animal or fan for your face. The staff are pleasant and curtious!
Just like CVS your needs will always be found here!
They have a photo shop as well here that works out well while you shop!
