The shop was recommended to me by a coworker and I called to make an appointment to have a new rim put on along with an alignment/balance. I was told over the phone I could wait there as well, only to drive up from Connecticut the following day for the appointment and be told that I was expected to drop it off instead. As I was not told about it ahead of time, I had no ride to make this possible, and he then mentioned that his extra help wouldn't be there until a few hours later anyway.
So, basically, I drove into Massachusetts on my day off for no reason after being given false information when making the appointment. I hope this was just a fluke, but my own experience was a massive waste of time/gas.
To be clear: I work in MA, not live there. This was not a short trip for me, and I only went instead of going local due to that coworker's recommendation.

Very disappointed with Everything. Not worth the time and money. Told one thing and not given what was told. Worst communication with associates that work there. Don't go to this place for tires high priced and worst value for the tire. ALL about there profits not for the customer. Don't waste time and money.

I was very happy with my tire service today. I had TPMS light on even after taking care of the nail stuck in one of my tires. I had to also change one of the sensors in a different tire . Manager Giovanni and his team made sure to take care of me and even stayed longer to make sure my service was done correctly. Thank you !

I recently got a nail in my tire and needed a quick fix. I looked up the closest tire repair shop and found Tire Warehouse. The service was incredibly quick—they patched my tire in less than 5 minutes! The team was super helpful and efficient. I definitely recommend them for fast and reliable tire repairs.

Amazing staff and super knowledgeable and caring. We ran over a nail while visiting family and had to drive back to Vermont on a Sunday (8/4/24) and they were the only place open, so we went and were so impressed. They took care of us and sent us on our way. We highly recommend this place and while we hope to not have a flat when visiting my mom again, we will most definitely go back. I only wish we got the associates name, as I wanted to give him a shout out too.

The two gentlemen working this morning were fantastic. They were cranking out work in addition to answering the phone and running the register. It was awesome to see such hard workers. I'll never go anywhere else for tires.

Great service. I visited Monroe on Memorial Drive for a simply tire patch; they told me I needed a new tire because they couldn't patch the area on the tire. I then went to Tire Warehouse and they were able to patch it. Saved me $500 on my tire. I appreciate knowledgeable and honest service. I definitely recommend them. I went there with the thought of buying a new tire and didn't need to do so. Much appreciated!
