Just left there. The machine would not release my card After going inside to ask the young man what was going on, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't have a clue, while shrugging his shoulders so then I asked him if this is something that happens frequently, he shrugged his shoulders and said yes. So of course I asked why is the pump still being in use He said I would have to wait for the machine to release the card.So I said am I supposed to wait all night and he actually said maybe.So again I asked him why is the pump still being used. Of course he didn't have an answer for that either. Someone needs to train this young man. teach him about customer service. Lastly he had the nerve to tell me to just cancel my card and pulls his phone out as to give me a lesson on how to cancel my debit card.he said he does it all the time on his app. I then told him I shouldn't have to go through that and of course he had nothing to say just shrugged his shoulders... Still waiting to hear from management

You would think if the cashier knew they were having problems with the card reader at a pump they would stop using it. Tried a debit card and a credit card both were declined. When I went inside they declined my debit card because of “too many failed attempts"

Went to fill up on November 27 approx 11 am. We parked by the convenience store door. There was a car at the pump in front of us. After we filled up , the car in front wasn't moving, or getting gas. I politely tooted the horn twice, and his driver side door opened. I asked this person if he was done,if he would move his car so I could exit. He said, I'm parked here and not moving.Turns out he was an employee.I went inside to talk to the cashier's, they said, oh,.... That's Kyle.We'll talk to him. I had to drive through the pumps to get out. He refused to move.. I couldn't believe it. He was parked at a pump!!!!

Was looking for a local car wash; this is a Good value for exterior wash; nice to have a clean car again after moving into the State of MA. Thanks; will be back again to rid car of the area's construction dust and dirt.

Employees are awful, if it wasn't for them store could be ok, but its like this store has a policy of only hiring people above 50 who can't read or write, minimum intelligence seems to be the requirement.

I came in here twice when I went out west to visit a friend this past weekend. Once in the evening when I got into Ludlow, to ask about the infamous toothbrush.. Then found Big Y; how could I really miss it? But it totally looked closed, which is why I stopped in the gas station first. The girl just looked at me when I asked about a toothbrush; I cannot believe a gas station doesn't sell toothbrushes.. really?! I then came here on route to the pike; to get gas. My card wouldn't read on the machine. BLEH so I had to go in, she was nice and friendly. Overall, good place to stop. Reasonable price for gas, average I guess. Not pike price either; which the signs on the pike, really weren't that astronomically high either which I was shocked because usually the jack em up.
