“We had a time sensitive delivery where once I received a tracking number was able to communicate with the local branch and Marie Clark did a nice job following up to get it here promptly. Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!”
“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”

“Tara who works alone on Saturdays is amazing! It gets swamped and yet she has a system to help everyone out efficiently. She does it all with humor, kindness, and a smile. Engaging everyone to join her in her happiness to provide excellent service, she makes you feel important. We went in this past Saturday very early for our passport appointment for our two children and she welcomed and accommodated us instead of sending us away. She helped every step of the process since we had never applied for a kid’s passport before. If there were more people with Tara’s energy and outlook the world would be a better place. We normally love this post office but whoever you’ve got working here 2/21 & 2/22 2023 at the counter keeps screwing up and very clearly has way under zero clue what she’s doing. “I admit, I was terrified when my package from St. Louis to Seattle somehow ended up on the opposite coast in Massachusetts. I was even more upset when I read the reviews for this distribution center. Fortunately for me, they redirected my package to its proper direction in a timely matter. I had no conversation with them, because I didn't need to. They handled it. I appreciate that alot. So, if your package ends up here, give them a lil time and patience. It may arrive later than expected, but it will arrive.”
“I visit this Fed Ex store many times. I stopped utilizing UPS because of the rude, impersonal and an uncomfortable feeling that I'm bothering them when asking a question. “This post office has the nicest customer service! Very helpful and curtious. I’ve never had any issues with anyone here.
It’s kept neat and tidy.
One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. He told me to sit down and take as much time as I needed to feel better. So THANKS AGAIN!”
