No common sense. Normally, I would not leave a review for something so simple, but I feel compelled to do so given the sarcasm of one employee. While at Rocky's in Ludlow I notice a clearance of Christmas candy which my grandson would like. Big sign "75% off of Xmas candy". The sticker on the box is 7.50. Quick math $1.88 (rounding) price. Grabbed 3 and went to check out. I'm told by the cashier the price is $3.75 each. I explained that they should be $1.88. He tells me it's 75% off the "original price" ..? What original price? The supervisor comes over and tells me it's 75% off of the original price. I show him their sign of 75% and the price on their sticker is $7.50. Well.. now I'm told the $7.50 was 50% off the original price. WHAT original price? The supervisor angrily starts tearing the stickers off.... This is his solution. I told them I'd call the corporate office just over their attitude I don't care about the candy or the extra few dollars.The reason for this review is for the young woman employee who sarcastically states "oh, I can give their phone number"Honestly, I normally go to the Palmer store or South Hadley location and never had any issues.

I've been here a few times. A little pricier than the big box stores but the staff is attentive and very nice. Great store for when you don't want to deal with the huge stores (and who does? Not me!)Always glad to shop here when I can.

The Ludlow store was not great until I asked an older woman for helpI was greetedWas not asked if I needed helpHad to ask for help in what I was looking for, which I really had no clue and was sent to an isle with things I had no clue aboutWas looking g for a buffer to attach to a rechargeable drill I purchased at the store in South HadleyI asked an older woman wearing a red vest and she was so pleasant and helpful even opened the attachment to see if it would fit my drillSo while the greeter was useless and not friendly my helper was awesomeNot sure I will use that store again even if I am shopping in that plaza
