Amazing store! Horrible owner! She is very RUDE to her employees and lacks a lot of sympathy. I'm sure she fakes every interaction she has with people so they don't know how rude and mean she truly is. Use this store as a LAST RESORT to buy for your kids.

I love this store! It is so awesome to be able to walk into a toy store. They Pack a lot in this little store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just a fantastic experience.

Cool store very overpriced a Barbie that cost $20-$25 ANYWHERE else is $39.99 there!!! A little extreme too me but I guess if your looking for Convenience than that’s your place. However many many items you can purchase for at least $10 cheaper from any other store. I’d deff shop here more if their prices were a little more decent.

I bought a stuffed panda for my daughter. The staff was friendly which made the transaction pleasant. The selection is great and the atmosphere is cozy. A great place for a last minute gift, or a gift in general if your the sort of person is organized enough to plan ahead.

Love this place! It’s such a fun environment right when you walk in. I don’t have kids, just nieces and nephews, so it was awesome how helpful the staff was in helping me pick out the right things for them!

This is exactly what we need more of in western ma! Locally based, family-owned, good people who are friendly and so helpful! And it’s so cool they were able to open a second store.

This is the best toy store I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful. They have the best selection of toys in all of MA. FAO Schwartz who?!?! PlayNow is the greatest!!!!!!!
