“On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”

They took me in Saturday morning, diagnosed my exhaust problems within 20 mins of me arriving, and even had the parts ready to go to begin a complete overhaul of the exhaust on my car. There's a reason these guys are AAA certified--they're thorough, honest, and worked with me to get the best price for the repairs on my car.
The gentleman at the desk even printed out an entire diagram to explain the issues to me to ensure I understood--and brought me out to the car itself to show me the issues and even what could be a problem down the line.
The best part too--they gave me a loaner car, free of charge, to use while they fixed my vehicle.

My car was new to me but they knew how to adjust the computer and made sure to explain one of the codes. I have an oil temperature setting and it needs to be reset after a change. It hadn’t been working correctly as the last place did not reset it. I went to the Jiffy Lube in East Longmeadow, MA and I highly recommend it.”

“I was very happy with my tire service today. I had TPMS light on even after taking care of the nail stuck in one of my tires. I had to also change one of the sensors in a different tire . Manager Giovanni and his team made sure to take care of me and even stayed longer to make sure my service was done correctly. Thank you !”
