H&R block as a company is decent, they will make things right. However, AVOID THIS LOCATION! Took almost my whole federal refund and charged $290 (double the cost of any other place but not the issue). Then my CT refund was lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address. Told by CT revenue services to file a CT-3911. Vic at this location said they wouldn't help me, and stated "your taxes were filed, you actually getting the refund isn't my problem". Yes, actually said that. I call corporate, they send me to a different branch to have the form filed no problem so I can actually get my refund. This location clearly doesn't stand behind their work, once they get paid you're on your own. Again , you getting your refund "isn't their problem".
