“Came here for a night to get away and hit the casino ended up staying four nights. Simple hotel but great for the money and absolutely spotless if there's kids on the property forget going to the pool other than that and my first fire alarm at a hotel in my life it was perfect. Casinos 10 mins ”

“Always a good time, only minor complaint is that the rooms don't have a small microwave in them. I always have leftovers from the restaurants and food court but can't warm them up. Not a deal breaker but I'd prefer to have one availableNearby activities: Have gone to shows in MGM and at symphony Hall very convenient location.”

“The Sheraton updated rooms are very different from the rooms not updated unfortunately. The location, service and amenities are all good overall but if you’re staying I’d definitely request one of their newer rooms. Nice venue for conferences.”

The furniture appeared worn and outdated, suggesting a need for refurbishment and a brighter décor.Food & drinks: While the breakfast options were adequate, the absence of fresh vegetables and the inclusion of sugary yogurts limited the range of healthy choices for guests.”

“Basic accomodation for a reasonable price. The room was clean, the bed comfy and firm, sheets are cotton. Nice TV, and bonus: microwave and fridge. Plenty of hot water, but if you're 6 foot tall, the shower's gonna hit you in the chest. On a main road, but quiet. Home Depot is convenient for any unexpected hardware needs.”

“Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city of West Springfield! Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, ,she makes our stay more easy for us since we are looking for apartments, she works with us ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. “I haven't been to a La Quinta with a bar, but this one has one and bartender Kim will make you feel right at home with a drink and a good story! She's a real one.Overall this La Quinta is a good value for the price. Even if the facility is a little tired and unfortunately located on the wrong side of the tracks. It served our needs just fine with close proximity to the train station.”

“It's in a very scenic area of Holyoke, right by the river and close to Mount Tom. There are restaurants that deliver to the Inn as well as the option to use a food delivery service, like Door dash or Uber Eats. There is free Wi-Fi for use by guests, too. TV's are in all rooms with a large selection of channels to view. For added convenience, there are refrigerators in all rooms.”

“I'm staying at this hotel while closing out the sale of my home. I have 2 kitties with me. The hotel is very good, and I appreciate that they change up the breakfast each day. The work-out room and pool are small, but it's been a great treat to enjoy them. The staff here are where this place really shines. Everyone has been super-nice and helpful. I'm glad that I am here.”

“Clean rooms, some with small balcony and view of a pretty lake. Very friendly helpful staff. Minimal breakfast: weak coffee, powdered creamer, apples and bananas, pre-packaged cakes. Rooms are nicely equipped with comfortable beds, fridge, microwave. Very close to shopping and restaurants.Walkability: Far from any tourist sights, but nextdoor is Starbucks and Aldi. Close walk to Marshall's and restaurants.”
