2 weeks ago I went there to wash my new sportage. Apparently my car has a feature, that I was unaware of, that locks the wheels when it stopped. I was treated like an idiot. They said "take your break off" "Put it in neutral". After that I ended up having to back my car out, in traffic without getting my car washed, I asked for a refund and they said I had to call corporate. I got the number for corporate and called them right away and the lady on the phone did not even listen to what I was saying, talked over me and said she was going to have someone else call me. The next person did call me, on the defense, saying that I claimed that it was the car wash that was broken. I never said that, all I wanted was a refund and two weeks later I still don't have one. I won't be using golden nozzle ever again. Bottom line, if you don't get the service they should be able to give you a refund on the spot.

This is the 3rd and last time I’ve used this location, and 3 different associates directed my wheels INTO the metal rail. It’s literally the minimum expectation of this job so can we knock that off? My alignment would appreciate it.Service: Car waxing

Worst place the water and soap is the cheapest and it really doesn't clean. And also there wax and and car shine is not even worth the money and time. Waste of money and time 1star

I have had a monthly pass here for a couple years. We recently bought a new car and I asked them to put the pass sticker in a different location so It wouldn’t to be right in my line of sight every time I was driving. The guy there refused to do it. He said the employees do not want to have to lift their arm up for every car. He was extremely rude about it so I canceled my pass right then and there and will be going elsewhere. He said it was company policy but his attitude and tone are the reason I decided to cancel.
