I cannot say enough about this business and the owners. My family has been going to them for years and I personally have been going to them for over 10 years and have never had less than an excellent experience. They are personable and trustworthy. You never feel pressured, rushed, or like you are being screwed over. They treat you as if you are one of their family members from day one.

As Bill's Dad started a "Family" business, so has Bill and Despina in taking over and continuing the family business, but how funny, that while it is their family businees, how many families in Western MA have turned to them when purchasing special jewelry? We have our own family story to tell--all starting with my Mom and Dad who went to George on Heritage Lane in West Springfield to purchase special family gifts and jewelry through the years. They followed Bill and Despina for their 25th anniversary rings and of course other special occasion jewelry. My brother and sister in law saw Bill and Despina for their engagement ring and wedding bands, and so too, now, my husband and I for engagement ring and wedding bands. We've purchased jewelry for several occasions. No mall jeweler can compare by far. Bill and Despina have shared their family stories with us and they have shared our family occasions every time we go to find the PERFECT gift. Over the years they have become great friends, but they feel more like family. Their jewelry is gorgeous with outstanding quality. And you sure can't get this kind of friendly, family service at the Mall. For that special piece of jewelry that will become a family heirloom, going to see Bill & Despina is exactly that, just like going to see family. It is with great pleasure that we write this review. I have made three purchases over the last 10 years, i.e., golden basket earrings, diamond earrings, & 3 diamond pendant. In each experience, I was educated on quality, options, pros and cons.
