Joe lied about conditon of Town Car. Car had been badly wrecked and car panels/doors are not alligned and scraping, trunk does not work, leaks water inside, 2 wheels cracked, console broken, steering off /allignment problems and possible frame damage....IT DID NOT EVEN HAVE A OIL DIPSTICK !! I do not know how someone could survive very long treating customers with such deceit. I am a senior disablked Veteran on a very low fixed income and this will most likely be my last car. I would like to drive the car in comfort as a Town Car should be but rather feel like I am driving a wreck.

I m not happy with this car dealership, I won’t recommend their business to not one. I am still waiting for the person who sold me the vehicle to fix some issues with the vehicle. I paid cash for the vehicle and the dealership owner said that I the person who sold me the vehicle used his business to sell this car and that I need to deal with that person who also is related to the owner. My lawyer was notified and I m waiting to get a response about the stuff my car need to be repair because technically the vehicle still in guaranteed according with the law and the sales contact. I m hoping to hear from the person or the dealership before April 27 Th of 2022.I had better expectations about this business but I wouldn’t never will come back again. The vehicle wasn’t in condition to be sold. Didn’t passed the inspection because one of the parking light has to be fixed.

So I bought a 2009 HondaCrv. Only issue was back barring which dealer saidHe’d fix the day I picked it up. I Buy the car andMy fiancé notices it’s still making a noise ! Had a mechanic take a look and he just did a quick fix so it wouldn’t make noise Smfh ..I love my car .. just make sure you have mechanic look before you purchase from these people.

I purchased a vehicle on Ebay from this dealership it was advertised as a well kept clean vehicle with some normal wear and tear. When I received the vehicle it smelled like mold and mildew. The floors were wet from leaks, the check engine light had been reset , It would not pass inspection when I took it to be inspected the caliper was frozen burning up the front brakes. I was offered new seatbelts cause they are covered in mold and 500.00 which I never received all I got was excuses on why it was delayed. Joe has some line of BS , he knew the car had leaks , had to smells so bad. I have only driven this car maybe 300 miles total. It is a waste of $6400.00 bucks. I would stay far from this dealership the are crooks and thieves and liars. I don' t care what BS response they give about my review it is what it is . The car looks nice but that's about it . I asked to speak to the actual owner named Manny but that never happened just more excuses. If I had seen these reviews before hand I would have never bid on the vehicle. Just a total waste of money especially during these hard times were money is tight but no worries Joe will take advantage of you, He doesn't have a soul even though their FB page shows a lot of religious things in their post. Another crock ....

Great people, I bought a SUV from here and was very well treated. Plus I didn't have to spend a whole lot on extra care after I bought my SUV. A pleasure doing business with them coming from a single frontline working mother.

Buyer beware this is not a good car store they sell cars that have hidden problems when told of them nothing but song and dance if you complain yo much they just say well take us to court have a nice day do yourself a favor stay clear of this place

Awesome place to buy a car. They are very friendly and motivated to make you as happy as they can. Even if that means not selling you a car. They stand by their vehicles. I recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a car. No one will can beat their prices and the quality of their vehicles. These guys are top notch.

Deluxe sells nice *looking* "high-end" vehicles but make sure to get any vehicle sold by them INSPECTED BY A MECHANIC FIRST AND DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN.Joe at Deluxe lists on eBay so people from across the country purchase, not knowing what is wrong with the vehicle. I decided to make the long drive over because I wanted to see the vehicle in person. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive, and the check engine light did not come on. I took it to a mechanic for inspection and they discovered a seized wheel and broken electronic suspension strut, shock, and strut mount. I gave Joe the list of issues I wanted them to repair and paid a $100 deposit Joe exclaimed would be refundable. A few days later when i went back to pay, I surprised them by asking to take it for another test drive to ensure the repairs we agreed upon were done. I noticed the prominent brake light was out and the check engine light came on, indicating that more than likely, the dealer had erased engine codes when I scheduled the first test drive. When notifying Joe of the issues, his first response was to refund me. On 8/28, he backed out of the deal because he said the cost to fix the car was too much for what I agreed to buy the car for. I asked for my refund on 8/28. It is 9/9 and I still have not received it. He used the excuse of his anniversary and then said he had "been away for a few days." When I said I would report this behavior, he left me vulgar messages. If you are looking to buy from him from across the country, you will not have any buyer protection- as that only applies to in-state buyers. Just walk away.

Let me tell you I don’t usually write google reviews but I just purchased my vehicle here, was helped and everything explained thoroughly. Mr. Gaskin made it possible to get a really good deal. Would highly recommend.
