Angela, small animal managers is awesome. She’s always so helpful. I really enjoy her a lot. She makes my trip so great every time I go she always makes amazing suggestions for your little pets so always talk to her when you can about anything but my shout out goes to Angela

Yesterday my bf and I had just drove into the parking lot at 6:00 PM on the dot. (My cat only eats the Dave’s brand of dry food) It was my stupidity for not coming sooner BUT, Jacob was so very kind enough to let us in to buy cat food. I was extremely grateful and he had the best attitude about it. The store was clean, Jacob was so kind and friendly. I am very impressed with the service even though we had arrived at closing time. My cat and I thank you a million times!!

I have been visiting this locating for 2 years now weekly. The service is always excellent. I am greated when I walk in and always offered help. I’ve visited other pet stores but always think “My Smithland” is better :)

They have been instrumental in our efforts to acquire vet recommended items for our cats. They go out of their way to ensure that we have what we need. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else now.

We have snakes and they always have feeder mice!! Been to other stores and they never have any! Also the shelves are always stocked to the max on everything and the ppl are very nice and educated about the animals available in the store!! Thanks guys

Very upset . I'm a somewhat new customer been going around 2-3 months for bugs. I asks for mealworms 200 normally and $10 worth of crikets larger. They normally give me 75. Come to find out the lady tells me it's suppose to be 90 and the crikets were not large. I counted the worms and its only 50 in each container when I asked for 200 I only got 100 total when I've paid for 200 . Feel ripped off and very disappointed because I actually liked them more petco ect. But now I feel like I've just been getting robbed lowkey. I understand if you don't have the amount but don't lie about it

Our family got a new pup about 5months ago. I bring her to smithland in ludlow about 3 times a week to shop and even just walk around. She is very shy and is not a people person..but the staff has done so good with her and trying to make her feel at home. She has especially warmed up to one of their employees Joy. They have started to form their own little bond..its so awesome to see.

Amanda and Kelly are absolutely amazing! They were extremely helpful in so many different aspects of my shopping experience! Kelly is very knowledgeable about dog diets and made a great recommendation for our new puppy! I can’t wait to see how the doggos enjoy this new food! These women are amazing and every time I come in my experience is always phenomenal!

We love this store, recently stopped in and was immediately welcomed by all staff. Lily did not hesitate to stop what she was doing (close to closing time) and helped us with all our needs. Always a great experience..
