Clean, well stocked supermarket. Easy to find location. Prices aren't always the cheapest, but sometimes sales are pretty good. If you like Big Y, I'd recommend this location. Store is well maintained & employees are friendly & courteous. Pizza shop, bakery, deli, florist, etc...

The store is excellently stocked. Prepared foods are fresh and appealing. -1* for employees packing up and cleaning while customers (about 15) were actively shopping.

There are no baskets and few little carts, so it's a big cart or your bag you brought from home (bags are 10 cents, but they don't tell you about the bags till your checking out, and if you go through self checkout they're somewhere close by, you have to figure it out yourself). When items are out of stock they are out of stock for at least a week. One door that I thought was an exit was enter only I guess, again no sign or anything to indicate where you should go etc. The staff is slow and surly. The parking lot sucks. I'd rather go anywhere else.
Just adding shopping baskets would be a major improvement. When I shop with a bag I brought from home other customers look at me like I am stealing, this combination makes me drive out of my way to avoid this store.

Very rare in these times I don.t know her name . She had red hair. But she is truly an asset to you're company. Big y..... Smile .

Big Y in Chicopee has a home town feel too it. People are always friendly. Prices are higher...but everything everywhere else has too.

Ordered pizza wings and a seafood dinner. Seafood was soggy and cold. Pizza was cold hard and we couldn't eat it. Wings were not even ready for us when we got there so they had to grab them from the wing bar and then just drown them in sauce somthey we hard and cold. I dont know why there was an issue we called and ordered at noon and told them we wanted it at 430 which they said ok. I wasted all that money because we couldn't eat most of it. Horrible. Never getting food from here again. They should shut down the kitchen and just put more asles there.
