Had an unpleasant Fraudulent experience with this Zero Balla Tire shop effective date 09/04/2024, I communicated with a Jose barely spoke the language on purchasing a used tire for my fiances vehicle because she was driving on a spare tire and I was extremely concerned of her safety...He instructed that he didn't have any used tires the same match and that he had two new Goodyear tires in the warehouse, we both went back and forth with pricing and finally agreed on two tires installed for $139 and I informed him that my fiance' was going by there to purchase the tires because I was out of town and she was driving around in a spare tire since the day before....I. spoke with this apparently Jose various times in the morning and late afternoon and continued asking him about the two tires and the price that he had mentioned of $139 he agreed on all conversations....Fiance' arrived @ the location and I had her asked him Jose again before any work being performed. Once he installed the tires on my fiances vehicle in good standing faith I without hesitating provided him with my credit card and he attempted to overcharged me $278 for both tires when he had verbally stated he would charge me $139....He took advantage that I was not present due to being out of town and that my fiance was very humble shy female he scammed me the customer and so since we needed the tire urgent he removed the other tire......Anyone Please make sure if you deal with this business and so called Jose you have some sort of recording message for Civil Liability also I would highly recommend reporting this business to the BBB and Attorney General.
