“My wife and I just left the store in Nashua and I just had to write a review. Michelle in the Nashua store was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! We just found out that a wedding we were going to in 2 weeks is black tie and my wife needed a dress. Michelle took her time to help my wife find what she wanted and was so patient. I lost count on how many dresses she tried on and Michelle was always smiling.
You hired a great one with her. She is a great asset to your company.”

“I love that I don’t have to think about my workouts anymore — I just schedule a class in the morning or afternoon, show up, and let the instructors take it from there. Once I’m in the studio, I can truly unplug for an hour and focus on myself. The workouts are gentle on my joints after years of bodybuilding, but still mentally and physically challenging enough to keep me coming back for more.
The entire team is incredibly kind and welcoming, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them every time I walk through the door. The instructors are a motivating group of strong, encouraging women who make each class feel personal. With so many members, I’m always touched that they still remember my name. Pure Barre Nashua is a special place that keeps me inspired, grounded, and grateful.”

“I cannot say enough about my experience at Jo Karen and with Kim specifically! I must have tried on twenty bras of different styles and brands until landing on the absolute perfect fit. As a curvy woman, it was amazing to have so many options to try on in the store… I never felt rushed or pressured to hurry up or to spend more. Kim wrote down the info for all of my favorite styles and ordered one of my favorites in another color that was not in stock. I have been raving about my experience to all of the woman in my life. My only regret is not having found this gem sooner!”
“I absolutely LOVE this location. The site is small but has a great selection of items. Torrid overall can be pricy but if you hit the right sales, you can get great deals. As for this particular location, the staff are always so kind, helpful and professional when shopping in the store. However, I usually order online because extra short length pants & jeans are not carried in-store and the store carries a limited shoe selection and inventory so I have my stuff shipped to the store. I've spoken with Mica on several occasions and she is so sweet. She called to make sure I was picking up my order and it got close to the return time and was nice when I told her I was sick and couldn't get there for a couple of days. Other employees I've spoken to on the phone have always been so nice as well. Overall this location has an exemplary staff and customer service. I know Torrid had been closing their brick & mortar locations and I truly hope they NEVER close this one.”

“These classes and technique have changed my life and my body for the better. Better posture, no lower back pain, stronger upper body - AND I can even do a plank for 90 seconds. I'm a cyclist and my friends have noticed better position on the bike, and a steadier pedal stroke - stronger core means better stability. The encouragement and help from the staff is always appreciated, and the routine changes constantly so it doesn't get boring. Just when I think I know what's coming next, they change it up. “I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jojo! ? She was absolutely a Star when I was there! Even though she was busy, she went above and beyond to help me out. Seriously, the other staff said they couldn't take the dress off the mannequin, but Jojo didn't even hesitate! She helped me right away, made sure the dress fit perfectly, and even got me a 15% discount! ? Jojo is the best!”

“Thought the store was kinda unorganized or messy hard to find stuff the clearance section is overwhelming to go through. The manager, Jeff, is super nice and helpful. Sometimes I go here, and the line is super long, and cashires are not quick, and other times, it goes by fast. Didn't have much for flip-flop selection, and I had to order my son's clothing online, so I picked out what I wanted for him.and they ordered it in another size was helpful. Cashier was efficient this day and knowledgeable in what he was doing, I love the baby clothing and toddlers bjt now that my daughter is 8 there seems to be not much to choose from for her which is disappointing to me it's a hit or miss for me when I go here. I haven't found anything for myself to wear here. The clothing is too weird for me and shaped weirdly. So, I never have any luck getting clothing here in years for myself .”
“I dont know that I've ever taken time to review a clothing store, but this is worth the effort. We were waited on this evening by Matt Klueber who was amazing!! I haven't had customer service of this quality in a store for years. He knew the store, his inventory, and the job. I had two teenage boys with me shopping for suits for prom. He was a rock star. We left with shoes, belt, socks, pants, shirts, ties, and jackets for both. They were thrilled. At one point we couldn't find the pants for one of the suits in the right size. The computer said there should be one. He looked everywhere, and ultimately found them on the wrong rack. I would shop more if all salespeople were like him! I asked for his business card so I could write this proper review! Thank you, Matt!!!”

“I had a really enjoyable and engaging experience when I purchased my MTE waterproof highs back in late September. I haven’t had a pair of highs or boot-type shoes I’ve enjoyed in a while, but these have been comfortable and warm. Today, I ran into a manufacturing defect where part of the rubber toe box began to peel after only a couple of weeks of light use. The store staff was super helpful in finding my transaction and helping me with a swap. They could tell the shoes had been well-cared for and it was just an unfortunate defect. Thank you for the help with the purchase and exchange. I’ll be back for some more slip-ons in the spring!”
