“My wife and I just left the store in Nashua and I just had to write a review. Michelle in the Nashua store was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! We just found out that a wedding we were going to in 2 weeks is black tie and my wife needed a dress. Michelle took her time to help my wife find what she wanted and was so patient. I lost count on how many dresses she tried on and Michelle was always smiling.
You hired a great one with her. She is a great asset to your company.”

“I am hooked on Pure Barre! It is great for muscle tone, strengthening, and definition. The instructors are knowledgeable, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I would encourage anyone, regardless of age, size, or fitness level, to come check Pure Barre Nashua out. It’s not an intimidating environment, and the community of women there is so welcoming. I regret not joining sooner, but I am happy to say I love that I am on this Pure Barre journey!”

“Thought the store was kinda unorganized or messy hard to find stuff the clearance section is overwhelming to go through. The manager, Jeff, is super nice and helpful. Sometimes I go here, and the line is super long, and cashires are not quick, and other times, it goes by fast. Didn't have much for flip-flop selection, and I had to order my son's clothing online, so I picked out what I wanted for him.and they ordered it in another size was helpful. Cashier was efficient this day and knowledgeable in what he was doing, I love the baby clothing and toddlers bjt now that my daughter is 8 there seems to be not much to choose from for her which is disappointing to me it's a hit or miss for me when I go here. I haven't found anything for myself to wear here. The clothing is too weird for me and shaped weirdly. So, I never have any luck getting clothing here in years for myself .”

“Left the nashua store and came here they did not have the exact one I wanted but they were super helpful and actually looked for something similar to what I wanted all the employees were very busy here and still very helpful. The nashua store I was only customer there and was treated like I was bothering them. My only suggestion would be to send some of your employees from this store to train nashua.”
“I dont know that I've ever taken time to review a clothing store, but this is worth the effort. We were waited on this evening by Matt Klueber who was amazing!! I haven't had customer service of this quality in a store for years. He knew the store, his inventory, and the job. I had two teenage boys with me shopping for suits for prom. He was a rock star. We left with shoes, belt, socks, pants, shirts, ties, and jackets for both. They were thrilled. At one point we couldn't find the pants for one of the suits in the right size. The computer said there should be one. He looked everywhere, and ultimately found them on the wrong rack. I would shop more if all salespeople were like him! I asked for his business card so I could write this proper review! Thank you, Matt!!!”
“My spouse and I were shocked.....most pleasantly!.....by the excellent service we got at the Chelmsford MA Kohl's. One friendly and helpful employee in the store found additional items for us in our size, and the cashier, also friendly and helpful, took the time to explain some of their promotions to us. What a great experience!”
“Krystal the cashier was excellent! After comparing multiple shoe stores in the mall, I decided on Vans after receiving a 15% discount on a pair of slip-on shoes. I love the reliability and durable footwear of this store. I have owned vans for 6 years and was looking for a replacement since I got a hole in one of mine. Will definitely return in the future :)”

I wish I could remember all the names (I’m really bad at that) but the girls working on 9.17.23 at around 3:00pm made me feel so welcomed and beautiful. “I came in to Options to shop for professional clothing for my first “big girl” job, and I was blown away by the quality of the selection available, as well as the range in sizes, colors, patterns, and styles of clothing. I found so many incredible deals on my own, but I was especially impressed when the owner herself, Libby, began bringing me items she thought I would like! I felt very comfortable in the store and can’t wait to wear my new (although technically second-hand, they’re in as good as new condition!) clothes to work!”

As a barre instructor myself, I love getting some inspiration from other instructors and being challenged too! The ladies were so welcoming and the classic barre class was a burner!! “I've loved this store since my first time visiting, when I bought a Jimmy Ear World t shirt (my very first band t) in middle school for BTS shopping. For a long time, this and Spencer's were the only two "alternative" stores for kids to easily find clothes of that style. This was pre internet shopping as it exists today. Hot Topic is still a haven for all things goth/alternative. The staff were helpful and friendly but not overbearing, and allowed me to browse happily.”

“I had a really enjoyable and engaging experience when I purchased my MTE waterproof highs back in late September. I haven’t had a pair of highs or boot-type shoes I’ve enjoyed in a while, but these have been comfortable and warm. Today, I ran into a manufacturing defect where part of the rubber toe box began to peel after only a couple of weeks of light use. The store staff was super helpful in finding my transaction and helping me with a swap. They could tell the shoes had been well-cared for and it was just an unfortunate defect. Thank you for the help with the purchase and exchange. I’ll be back for some more slip-ons in the spring!”
