Kyle and Matt helped me about a month ago regarding to my flat tire. Unfortunately the tire went bald and have to get 4 new tires. I recently moved to Lowell and I had a great mechanic before the move and I’m very specific on certain mechanics prior to this but think I found my new go to place moving forward. Big shout out to Kyle for helping me out getting me in and out despite insurance issues. Overall, I had a great experience and hope this review helps someone in the same boat as me regarding certain mechanics.

The staff at VIP Tires & Service Lowell site were beyond impressive with their kindness, expertise, promptness and professionalism. The gentleman at the front desk was of most help when I had to have my tire repaired in the middle of my work day. The team had my car ready for return in less than an hour despite being busy and were very accommodating of my needs due to my schedule. They went above and beyond, politely informing me of other issues with my vehicle and most importantly did not pressure me to allow them to service these issues immediately. I highly recommend utilizing this company for any maintenance for your vehicles, older or new models alike!

Matt Majane was very kind and reassuring…the job was done quite quickly even though they had to wait for a part. We are very happy with the service we got there…they replaced brakes, rotated tires, fixed a nail in the tire.

Went here after getting emergency tires elsewhere and regretted going anywhere else first. Super helpful, actively didn't try to upsell me (after I suggested a service I didn't need), in a very clean and available location. My new go to auto service shop.

Had a fantastic visit with Matt and Kyle at VIP Tires and Service in downtown Lowell. I was overdue for an oil change on my company vehicle and unfortunately I find it hard to get service during weekdays. The crew at VIP are very accommodating and fit me in early on a Sunday. Big thumbs up for this store. I have had nothing but great service since coming here.

Great service and professional employees. They did not try to sell me anything other than an oil change. I went in for an oil change and that is exactly what I got. Nothing more. They also called me to inform me that I left a bag there and were kind enough to hold onto it till I could pick it up. Highly recommend vip.
