They have some of the rudest people working here. I came in one day asking for a receipt for a package and they refused as it was a prepaid label. I was only to put it in the bin. Save yourself some anger and drive down the road to the north Chelmsford location. It is a completely different experience. These workers are super nice and helpful.

Horrible location - showed up at 12:50pm and they were already closed for their 1.5 hour lunch break that wasn’t supposed to start until 1pm!! Doors locked, lights out.

One of the staff who work there told me not to go back to that office because i cancelled my transaction with her today. Does she has the right to do that to the customer?

My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. Not only that, but they packed it up nicely and made the process so easy. I can't thank them enough! Thanks so much for helping me out! Would recommend this store for the friendly and helpful staff

Wow! Where to start with this branch. One of the three women that work there is pleasant to talk to. The other two are insufferable. I have been in this location 3 times a week for the past month, so I am a pretty regular customer. You would think the USPS ladies would take care of the people that consistently use their services. Today I learned that is an unfair assumption. The workers have a break from 1pm to 2:15pm every day, during what I would assume to be their busiest hour. I drove to this location, an d arrived at 12:58pm with two packages that already had tracking and labels on them. All I had to do was drop them into the drop-box area next to the cashiers. I went to go in and the door was already locked. The two ladies that are insufferable were both working today, and they were at the counter taking care of a gentleman. Another gentleman and I knocked on the door, asking to drop our packages off (his already had a label on it too). Apparently this is an extreme inconvenience for lazy union workers. One of the women shooed us off, saying it was their break time. The time was 12:59, and we were not even going to be in the facility for more than a minute. Still, the doors remained locked. The gentleman that was originally at the counter was now heading for the door, so I decided to go in through the exit door. The other gentleman that also had a box to drop off followed me in. I walked in saying "all I need to do is drop this box off, it is already paid for." Apparently this deserved a death sentence, because the taller woman on the right began yelling at me to get out. I repeated, now in an angry tone "I am going to drop this box off." She vitriolically replied "no you aren't!" I placed the 2 items I had in the drop-off box and she threatened me saying "If you keep those in there I'm going to put them out on the street." Wow, really? It wasn't even lunchtime yet and they were threatening to throw my boxes on the street because I was infringing on their precious breaktime that had yet to arrive. I said to the woman "are you serious? I just need to drop these items off. They're already paid for." She said "yep, get out. Don't give me an attitude." Excuse me, you deplorable f****** b***** Are you talking to me like you're my mother? Of course I did not say that, instead I took my boxes out of the drop-box and went to the other worker, who was busy shooing the other gentleman out of the facility. I said to her "really Leo, can I please place these boxes in? They're already paid for and I'm in here 3 times a week." She yelled at me "NO, N-O, NO YOU MAY NOT" I said to her "YES, Y-E-S, that spells YES!" and I walked out of the facility. Outside of the facility was another customer who was trying to get in. At this point the time was 1:02. The woman heard me spell "Y-E-S" in response to "N-O" and was laughing. I have to admit, it was pretty funny. I looked at her and said "B-I-T-C-H, that spells B***** that woman is a B***** She agreed, and started cracking up. I went home and had my mailman pick up my packages. I will never step foot in the Middlesex St. Location of USPS. The customer service is abysmal and the workers are "B-I-T-C-H-E-S". Leo, I hope you enjoyed your extra minute of break because it just cost you at least 3 customers.

Very disappointed. I sent a letter to be delivered overnight which the post office charged me $26 and it was never delivered. It was a very important peace of paper that had to be in Miami Fl the following day and it never arrived. For some odd reason I always have issues with mailing things to Miami. I called the supervisor to see if they could help by refunding or sending back the letter and he was not helpful. Do not use this post office. Customer service is awful!

I have a PO Box in this facility. When i added the st address to it, the online app system asked to get the consent form from this facility and submit to the post office & I went & asked for the form, After few days I got an email saying I have to submit this form & I went asked for it, they made me Waite more than 20 minutes & finally said they don't have it but it's okay not to submit. They were searching for the form both times when I went & still they didn't print out it & keep for the customers. When we ask something which they are not aware of or don't have they get really upset & treat very bad. Looks like they have some racism because the entire time I go there I saw the differences in the behavior to Americans & to other's. Worst experience
