At Tire Warehouse, you are in the right place. I was so lost from an overnight flat tire and all of my tires were in really bad condition, but Kim and the gentlemen there are very nice and very fast! She helped me get 4 new tires with an affordable price that made me really happy and get back on the road in a short period of time. I am very appreciative of their service. This is the best, I am telling you!!

Called at 4 and the woman who picked up earlier said it should come now because it’s not busy. Show up at 5pm and I see the woman and two workers enjoying outside with nothing to do. The woman approaches me and ask if I made an appointment and that point I knew they didn’t want to do anything for the rest of their day. I kindly reminded her that we spoke on the phone and she had told me to come in as soon as possible. She then rolls her eyes and ask to look at my tires. Upon inspection, she denies services and say it’s company policy to not install tires with slight wear on the edges. I’m pretty sure I know what camber wear is, and definitely been here before to get it mounted. The camber wear was ever so slight. I knew where this was going. I left humbly knowing that none of these workers wanted to work for the rest of the day. Complete waste of my time and coordinating efforts. Would not recommend. Went to Monroe down the street and they were more helpful and got things done right away.

Can’t even inflate tires to the correct psi. They used the tires psi not the door jam. Inflated my tire to 47 psi

Hello, yes, this is a bad service at the tire warehouse in Lowell Massachusetts. I arrived asking to have my car's tire repaired and the person in charge told me that they did not repair this type of car. Then I asked him if he could please put air in the tire and He told me no, when I leave he throws the door in my face and then one of the guys who works comes out and harasses me and tells me to get off the property or I understand how you have these types of people working if they don't respect very bad service

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I used to go to them like 2 years ago for my older car and the staff was great. But not this Saturday. They broke my tpms on my tire while taking it off to get it patched and they couldn’t fix it and said there’s nothing that they can do about it. Do not go here you will actually end up spending way more money and time than you should. On top of that get gaslighted by the front desk lady on information that you’re relaying. DISHONEST WORK.
I also called corporate and they were unable to help me as the front desk lady did not log my service into their database. if they mess up any of your work do not walk out of there without an invoice.

Will never go here again rather pay more for better customer service sorry i interrupted your cigarette break because after my tire rotation and tire balance my tire light came on twice all i wanted was the pressure to be checked in the event more work was needed was told very rudely by the female employee who is far from friendly there was no one who could check my tire pressure drove all the way to Lawrence to a small shop where i was assisted for free . I was a customer for years will not recommend nor purchase another service again.
