I arrived a little early and I was immediately greeted by Mike who asked for my keys and had the service begun slightly ahead of schedule. Mike and Jimmy managed my expectations and their technician diagnosed potentially serious issues that I was unaware of before my visit. Mike provided me with an estimate for the work that they recommended so that I had it in writing and didn't have to try to remember what needed to be done and when. While waiting for the work on a very hot August afternoon, I was very comfortable in the TowneLine air conditioned waiting room.
