A great experience from start to finish. This was a no pressure buy. I worked with Liam, who was incredibly professional and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions, explained the breakdown in pricing, ensured a got the best financing rate available (which changed in the midst of the sale and he switched me over to the lower interest rate), and made sure I was completely happy and comfortable with my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me to ask if I wanted to pick up my car a day earlier than expected. Highly recommend working with Liam and the High-Line Motor Group crew.

I had a very nice experience at Highline. Mo was great as a sales agent, no high pressure, gave me three weeks to go to competitors with no harassing calls. John was very reasonable as an owner/manager, explaining not only the value of the vehicle, but the service and support associated with his business. Great experience and by far, my most satisfying purchase in many years. Thanks boys!

Buying a Luxury Vehicle should be exciting & fun. I tried a couple of local dealerships and ran into inexperienced salesmen and lack of inventory. A close friend referred me to The High-Line Group. What a difference. Salesmen Mosaab Waheed listened to my wants and needs and I eventually decided to purchase a Bentley Continental GTC. A truly enjoyable experience.

Our car search had us driving an hour only to pull in this dealership and think we were lost. The amount of high priced beautiful cars that pretty much cost as much as our home had us feeling out of place. None the less we went in and from the start to finish we were treated better than any other car shopping experience we have had, and we have 3 teenagers and 2 adults that we have car shopped for quite recently. Jim, John and Liam were all so very kind, courteous, and we were treated like we belonged there! Just a bunch of great people! Best part, we left with a car that was exactly what we needed and within our financial range. Can’t say enough of how smooth this process went. Thank you guys!

I have had great luck working with Chris from The Highline Group. Chris runs the service department and I tried them out vs going to the Range Rover dealership. My experience with Highline and Charlie ( the owner) had been great for years so I gave the service department a try. It was a great experience!

I live in VA and just purchased a Toyota Tundra a little over a week ago, over the phone. I took a HUGE chance and am more than impressed. This was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had and communication with John was stellar. *IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER*
We had a booster for the child in our car, we were never even told that was an issue. You made an assumption and didn’t want our business. If you were sooo very concerned with your policies, we would have been told the minute we asked to look at cars, the kids were not allowed on the test drive. But instead you waited an HOUR. Kept telling us you’d be right with us (while another car was loaded to be shipped). Then passed us off to someone else. And also, the car seat situation was not mentioned to us while we were there. Your salesman told us the kids couldn’t go. Not once did he mention the booster seats. This is a horrible way to run business. If you’d like to speak to me to make it right or apologize, you’re more than welcome. What you’re not going to do is come on here acting as if you did nothing wrong. By the reviews I am seeing, I’m happy we ended up leaving. Your cars are junk and so is your personality.
Drove an hour with the family (mom/dad 2 daughters 7&4) to test drive 5 cars. Get there, nobody greets us as we walked in to use the restrooms. Husband talks to one of the salesmen to tell him about the cars we are interested in. He acknowledges us and tells us to look around and he’d be right with us. After looking around for an hour we finally get a salesman to help us out. They bring a car up from being detailed knowing we want to test drive the car. Takes husbands license (acknowledges the kids saying hi). Gets a dealer plate. Proceeds to put dealer plate on car to then tell us we aren’t allowed to bring the kids on a test drive. HORRIBLE way to earn business. Then when my husband goes in to talk to the manager he is told “we didn’t see the kids”. We had used the restroom inside, had been looking at all the cars inside. The kids had even been acknowledged.

Very excellent experience buying a car here and would recommend this dealership to absolutely everybody, especially since they seem to have a little bit of everything! Mo did an absolutely phenomenal job helping make this car sale go as well as it did. It speaks absolute wonders when you're buying a Toyota minivan and you receive the same level of respect and assistance that someone buying a Mercedes or a Bentley would get. I found everyone running the show at this dealer to be super kind, respectful, and knowledgeable and I would come right back to this dealer for any future car purchases without hesitation!
