I went it at 7p and the two employees there helped me start on a new phone plan with T-Mobile and got me set up with my new iPhone. They were extremely helpful and kind and answered every question I had. They told me usually they don’t allow phone transfers after 7 because they close at 8 but they stayed a few minutes late to make sure my phone was set up and working and that I had everything I needed before I left. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because of how amazing my experience was. The two employees I interacted with make me very satisfied with my choice of switching to T-Mobile.

Wildly rude and unhelpful employees. Went in to return a home internet device, was asked if I bought it there (yes) and if I had the receipt (yes), then the man told me that my proof of purchase wasn’t a receipt and I would have to call Customer Care.. took the same device with no receipt to the location in Chelmsford and they accepted it with no questions (and the receipt could have been pulled up on the account). While at the Lowell location, I asked if they could help me with another issue I was having and, without asking for any details, told me to call customer care. I called customer care and they told me to go directly to the store I made the purchase at. When I explained that the employees at the store wouldn’t help me, customer care suggested I go to the store and get the district manager information which should be posted on the door. When I went back, the information was not on the door so I went inside and asked the woman for the manager name and info and she asked if she could help me. I told her I just needed the manager information. She wouldn’t tell me and asked if she could help me with anything. I explained my situation and she said she couldn’t help me and to call customer care. I told her I called customer care and they told me to come to the store and get the manger to help me since no one at the store would. She was waving her hand around, calling me “sweetie”, and was talking to me like I was dumb. She told me that the manager’s name is Gordy and refused to give me any other information. Don’t waste your time trying to get any information or having a productive, civil conversation with anyone.

Still have issues which are not sorted yet November 1st 2023 I went to get home internet but reaching home to connect there was no service when I called the company I was told my home area doesn't have T-Mobile home internet so I should return the kitOn 4th or 5th November I took it back with everything and receipts but have been receiving emails of suspension, payment of the internet etc m just puzzled what went wrong?

Absolute psycho girl works here. I ended originally going for a screen protector and got turned away 2x which was fine, whatever, miscommunication and inconvenience but the girl started it taking it personal and telling me to leave while I had T-Mobile on the phone. Trolls work here. If you don’t pay them any mind, you’ll likely get your information stolen or like me 50+ spam messages a day while driving immediately after leaving. Dangerous people work here. I literally had to change my number afterwards (never in my life).

This location was one of the worst store I've ever been too ! Been a loyal customer for almost 10+ years.. and the manager and the workers are unprofessional, very lazy, seems liked they don't care of helping people. I've try to buy a phone and they won't sell me it. Making so many excuses about my account. Went to a different branch and have no issues. Worst T-mobile store ever ! I would tell all my friends and family to stay away from this place !

Terrible customer service. The manager looked like he hates his job and wouldn’t stop cutting us off whenever we asked a question. He also opened and played with his phone while talking to us and rolled his eyes when I tried to ask for a confirmation. Absolutely horrible.

Over 20 years a customer and was blown away by the awful service. The worst customer service I have ever received and all because THEY made a mistake they took it out on the customer.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Manager TJ is extremely rude, probably because he has no idea what he's talking about. I bought a phone there a week ago spent $500 and had a great service from a polite young man. TJ on the other hand I asked him questions about how free phones he say work pricing differences he would not leave the counter to show me phones he did not know what phones cost what he was extremely rude. When I asked him if there was a problem, if he was uninterested in helping me, or if someone else could help me, all I was trying to do, get a new phone as well as my husband trying to buy a new iPhone. When I confronted his unprofessionalism rudeness and awful customer service he told me that he had a headache and I can just go. Do not go to the store, I don't know how TJ got hired as a manager never mind goes through life being so rude. He's in the long line of work, zero customer service skills the owner of this store needs to fire him because you are just losing so much business I will tell everyone I know do not go to that T-Mobile because of TJ the so-called manager

Rude, unhelpful and clueless staff. Don't waste your time asking to speak with the manager, for he is just as rude, just as clueless... Over 1 hour inside the store and none of them knew what to do...
