I brought my watch here and received it back damaged. It’s a family heirloom and it was in perfect condition. Honestly very appalled by the service here because there are small scratches and the case backing doesn’t sit correctly. It seems like my watch was put back together improperly.

Went there to replace a broken necklace clasp and resize my rings. Great service and reasonable prices for repair. Will go there again.

This place is far from fine jewelry. You would think this small mom & pop jewelry store would go above and beyond for their customer's business but just the opposite. Store owner (asian lady) sold me a pair of earrings I bought as a gift for my wife. However, when my wife open the gift the earring clamps were broken. Thinking I should have no problem going back and exchanging the earrings. I went back just a few days later and the store owner looked at the earrings and grabbed them and then blamed me for the defective clamps. The store owner was absolutely unprofessional and did not even try to work with me on any level, unbelievable! She continued to accuse me for the broken clamps she sold me. I knew I should have went with my instincts and never bought anything here. Beware, this place has D grade customer service class, and by the way I had a 2nd look around at the jewelry while she was attending other customers and most of the jewelry looked used. Buyer beware do not purchase from this jewelry store. Go with the bigger jewelry chain stores. You'll be glad you did. When it comes to great customer service and your warranty for expensive jewelry. You can see the greed in this lady, just a warning for those who walk into this store. You've been warned!

Went there for 2, years straight... Great place, great, service, and great jewelry too. Why go to a pawn shop and get something used when you can get something brand new and get treated better too. Plus the prices are great! Woman was great, I even had to go back because I had to get the ring resized and they didn't even charge me.. The best kept secret in the surrounding area..
