I am 71 years old and o try to join lots of the senior workouts. They are great! Staff is super friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the equipment! They are concerned with your health in more ways than one!

This gym is unlike any facility you've ever gone to. From class-based strength and boxing classes to open gym, there is something for everyone at SLS. The coaches and the member community are top-notch. I have been a member for just over a year and it has changed my life.
