I brought my car here a few times never had an issue( regular maintenance stuff). My last oil change they told me i needed a whole new oil pan for my Honda Crv 2012. The quote they gave me was $560. Everyone told me that quote was too high and i should get a second opinion. I brought my car to 3 different places and nobody detected what was wrong with my oil pan. I do not need a new oil pan, and it’s just wrong how they miss diagnosed the issue and wanted to have me pay $560 for something i did not need. So wrong..

Horrible BEWARE had plugs coils done drove home clunk clunk clunk real loud I pop the hood find there ratchet in my fan housing cracked my fan blade I look at intake housing oil all on left side wich he caused and lied lol oh I didn't touch that area he says look up 14 merc e350 intake manifold has to come of to get to plugs why lie guy?not only did he leave ratchet in my fam housing causing a crack I payed almost 700 for my car to piss more oil and my fan to b cracked this is the young backyard mechanic the owner is good people but this kid lies and stirs owner in wrong direction bc when owner came out he basically whispered to him it was on the engine bay I'm like no it wasn't bro it was in my fan I took it out brought it back first lie then he tells me my car has no pcv valve this kid lies alot man look up merc e350 pcv valve they absolutely have em why lie stirring ur customers in wrong direction bc u can't do it?u chose easy way out?bad buss here I was shocked at this kids lies and negligence causing another oil leak and my fan car left yesterday it's in Mercedes dealership today got the call my gaskets was put backwards and he over torqued my screws I have proof of this il b down to speak to owner soon about my fan wich merc is replacing and my manifold being over torqued sad all in all bc the owner knows his stuff if u go here ask the owner to do work not the young know nothing kid bc he will ruin ur car and talk a good one your choice but u will pay triple for it like me this is crazy never again il b by with soon

My service was supposed to be a full front brake change. By far the worst brake job I have ever experienced in my life. The mechanic had no clue what he was doing. They charged me more than quoted over the phone. On top of it all, they didn't even fully change my brakes and try to scam me by charging me full price as if they did. They only lasted a couple of months. Total disgrace. The mechanic now changing my brakes said they should be embarrassed and out of business. I AGREE

I told them my car was overheating and losing fluid potentially the oil they found the oil and transmission fluid was mixing. told me it could be anything most likely a cracked head gasket and I need a new car ? mind you they didn't even put it on the lift to look under it. I took it to a mechanic that did put it on a lift and looked under it they found that the heater and radiator hoses came loose. Just by looking under it in 2 minutes.

Best prices in Lowell! If you're having car trouble and if you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic go to S& S auto repair. The owner Sergio has been my mechanic for a long time and he is just a good person who will NOT rip you off like some of the other big corporate places! The lobby is clean and quiet and just one minute from downtown Lowell, if you decide to grab a drink or snack while your car gets serviced!
