Very trustworthy, family run repair shop!! They have done great work on my vehicle, as well as family/friends. SUPER customer service, fair prices and A+ workmanship. Most recently we had an issue with a leaky tire valve. We called and Ray fixed it- same day! And in less than 5 mins! We will continue to bring our cars here, thank you for all the great work.

BEWARE of this dealership. George is a scam, selling lemon cars to people and ready to fight and call the police when confronted. I don't know how this place is still operating. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THERE.

George is a very bad car salesman. I bought a ***** with him and after just one week, the car started to have problems. I took it to my mechanic and he said that the car had several problems and that I needed to change the battery. I connected with George through the ******** messenger to tell him that the car had a battery problem. He promptly blocked me on ******** after our exchange. I later went to his gas station in Lowell where I bought my car, but it seemed that his employees already knew about me because they treated me very badly and said that if I had a problem, I should call George. I took the number and called and can you guess what happened? He was super ignorant and condescending. He never gave me a written warranty for the car and I told him that it’s illegal for him to have never given me one. He then told me to read the Lemon Law and that It’s not necessary to get a written warranty in Massachusetts. This is obviously false and he is a car dealer so he should know. I said I would come back, but he told me to stay home with this pandemic because he is not working and only his gas station is open. I then asked a friend to look at the cars on ******** (because he blocked me) and send him a message about buying a car; George replied in the same second asking my friend to come to Lowell to speak with him. George is completely unprofessional and not to mention a thief. I never wrote a review, but I don't want anyone to go through the stress I'm going through with George. The only advice I have is pay a little more for a car from someone you are sure that you can do business with, not a dealer like George.... Read More

I have been going to this station for over 15 years. Ray is an expert mechanic. Unlike many other places I had gone to previously (including the dealer), you won't have to go back as he diagnoses the problem and fixes it properly the first time and usually very quickly. He also shows me the old parts that he replaced and why they needed to be replaced.

I bought a car from them, they sold me for 3500. It was my first car... They did a disappointing job. They sold me a dead battery. The sales person George or Tony lies to you on face.... would keep saying things like you guys are honest and would ask you to pay by cash.. terrible person...and a terrible business owner.. After the sale does not pick up phone.... I am going to make a complaint about his business at Better Business Buruea...I am angry at myself that I should have reviewed dealer ratings before purchase...

LAST YEAR I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THEM TO CHANGE THE TIMING BELT AND THE WATER PUMP, I PAID $500 FOR THE JOB . YESTERDAY I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY RD 3 THE ENGINE STOPPED I TOWED THE CAR TO THE DEALER THEY TOLD ME THE HEAD OF THE ENGINE IS GONE BECAUSE THE TIMING BELT NEVER BEEN CHANGED. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE
