I recently took my vehicle to Pelletier's Auto Repair and met Mark for maintenance on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. Mark thoroughly inspected my vehicle and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary maintenance. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what was being done. I appreciated their honesty and transparency.

Marcs customer service is excellent. Good communication. Repairs finished on time and Marc is very honest about pricing upfront. This should be anyone in the Lowell area's go to shop.

If you're looking for a new mechanic, stop looking, go straight to Pelletier's Auto Repair for all your auto/maintenance needs! Make sure to ask for Mark when you go. Mark is genuine, responsive, and knowledgeable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are the best in the area!

Mark was absolutely *wonderful* and professional. My girlfriend and I had a car emergency to do with our car's alternator and needed a quick turnaround, and Mark was quickly able to identify the problem and explain it to me (I'm not a car gal at all!) and fix it quickly and inexpensively.I cannot recommend this place enough!
