“On 2/15 I called to see what time the Tewksbury mahoneys closed. The girl who answered the phone told me 6pm. I went there at 5:10 and the 2 men working had the lights off and was about to walk out because they actually closed at 5pm. They were so understanding about the mistake anbout what time the store closed they opened the store back up so I could get my plants that I needed to get. I wish I got their names. they helped me get what I needed to get and were so nice staying longer than they needed to making sure I was happy. They were both so wonderful.”

When we had a dog we'd often peruse their wide selection of chews and toys. Stop by their lawn tool section too!”

“We go apple picking here every year in October. It was a beautiful day this year. We waited maybe too long as it seemed like a ton of trees were pretty bare. Not a big deal as we were able to easily fill our bag. The apple cider donuts are delicious by the way. Always get them. We will be back next year.”

“The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”

In a day and age where business tend to be understaffed and staffed by unhappy people, this was a great change in pace. Outstanding job on your hire.”

“I went in before Christmas and a nice older gentlemen I believe his name was bill was working at the register and it was so busy everybody else was busy helping customers. I asked him for help finding a inflatable I wanted to surprise my dad and I looked everywhere for it and this was the only place they had it and it was the last one but it was a display. Bill went out of his way to go up to the top shelf take it down for me he was so kind and patient and you could tell he really loved his job and enjoyed making the customers happy. 10/10 will be back I hope he gets the recognition he deserves cause he made it such a great experience.”
