This is the worst place you can visit to fix your car, I spent almost a week begging for a repair service as if it were free, I was on site since a Tuesday they told me to come back tomorrow the next day the same until Friday they said they called me and never called, I felt like they just didn't want to do the job, I finally went to another Monroe store, in 20 minutes they fixed my car, these employees they just don't want to work

Went to another place before this they told me they can’t help me. Came to Monro at a perfect timing they got to work right away and the price was way less than the quote I had got from the first place. Will be going back for future services. Thank you guys very much appreciated

I had a flat tire and this service center was closest to me house this morning so I took my car in. I’m used to very brash service at service/auto shops but let me tell you, I got very pleasantly surprised. The young man at the front desk very customer service oriented very calm, kind demeanor, not condescending and very patient. I did not expect that. It was very refreshing, and It stands out. It wasn’t only to myself but to another customer who walked in a short while after. Service was super quick. You have some good people working ant the Chelmsford street location and that makes a difference.
