Went there to get my tire changed and the wonderful gentleman took care of me right away and werw so kind and friendly. Not too mention the cheap prices! No other tire place other then them anymore!

I've been bringing my car here for about 3 years now . Although all cars are gonna have there issues I feel like this place knows what's up ND they'll explain what's wrong and there honest people. Very fairly priced compared to other auto shops. If u don't belive me call around . Overall 5 stars I'd have to say . Don't forget to tell em Ruslan sent ya ty !!

I bought an 06 ***** from Middlesex auto and tire, ****** ** back in March 2022. About a week or 2 after I bought the car, I called the shop and spoke to ********************************* (the person that sold the car to me) and I told him the car was dripping oil all over the place. I went to the mechanic and he said that the whole passenger side of the car was consumed with oil due to the valve cover being broken. A week after that Im driving home from work and the car started smoking. Literally smoking I was scared for my life. I took it to the mechanic and the engine was black due to the oil and other problems. (I have videos and pictures) I called ****** again and explained the situation and he was very disrespectful to me and was not listening or trying to help. He kept talking over me and thats when I knew he was aware of the issues but lied about the condition of the car. The third time I spoke to him he admitted that there was something wrong with the valve cover (which he never said before I bought the car) but yet hes taken no initiate to help me with this situation. Its been almost a year now and the car is still in the shop because Im trying to replace the engine because its gone! I paid $4,995 for that car and now I feel like I was robbed. I got a law center involved and he wrote back to them and said he would give me the money back but I have to bring the car back in the same condition it was sold. If the car was running, I would have no need to bring it back. Im a college student, I dont want any problems with this business I just want my money back and I will return the car but they dont seem to care about their customers!
