Bought a phone full price. Even though I port my number over. The clerk put me on the 65 dollar plan without asking what plan I could afford. And to top it off after taking the phone home and wondering why I wasn't receiving calls or text messages I come to to realize the dumb bimbo forgot to put in the sim card and give me a receipt. Employees need better training and realize this is a prepaid company and they treat it like it's top notch.

I never post on these things but my experience sucked. I went in to just switch over my mom's iPhone to my old unlocked iPhone. Charged me 27$ for something I could've done myself. He didnt even seem like he wanted to help me. To top it off there was another customer frustrated with the young woman working too because of the amount of time he was waiting to finally to be told he had to go back to the original store he purchased his device from. Seriously bad customer service.

I bought the Pixel 6A specifically because it's Bootloader unlockable. Metro PCS removed the option on their phones until the phone is unlocked. T mobile itself is so congested in Lowell streaming mp3s is impossible sometimes. With Metro the last three times over tried their useless service I've been unable I stream an MP3 until I'm out of Lowell. And they wouldn't unlock it even to move over to T Mobile. So I was expected to pay for 6 months in order to unlock it. The service is so terrible I would not ever use it again even if they paid me $30 per month and it was free. It's terrible. The network is simply way too congested. I cannot believe I'm going to say this but I really wish Sprint was never shutdown. At least with Sprint, you knew it wasn't the greatest service. Not to mention we only have three networks now unless you wanna try the new Dish (Boost) which has less coverage than Sprint ever did. And the 2G slow down thing... How is that even legal? You don't off 2G Service anymore but still slow down to those speeds? 128KBPS is 1MB every ten seconds.... So why is it the service won't load a 4 MB web page after ten minutes? Should be able to load 60 Mb worth of data after ten minutes, nevermind 4MB. It is NOT 128 Kbps it's more like 1kbps if your slowed down to a speed that "2G" Speed.

Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional manager and staff member ? I call ? asking for my replacement phone and she yelled at me saying bad words and hanging out the call few times....what happened with the all staff from this store now all the staff look at you and start talking and portugués laughing ? on your face...rude rude rude manager.....?

Wednesday I arrived at the store at 5:45pm and the store was closed. I arrived at the store Thursday morning at 8:45am. The staff didn't show up till 9:25. I had to leave at 9:30 because I had to be somewhere by 10am and she still was not open.

Terrible customer service. I don’t know what happened to all the staff but almost none of them speak English and they took all the Spanish/Portugeuse speaking customers first. ? came here two days and got NO help standing around for no reason. twice in one week all they tell you to do is call 411. don’t know how to do s***

So glad I dropped by this Metro store. Was served by Alex - who managed to get me a great deal for a prepaid SIM and also fix some billing issues that were caused by a sneaky Metro staff from another store who added a $10 insurance charge to my account without my authorisation or knowledge. If you need any help with your phone, don't hesistate to stop by. Look for Alex, and you'd be served with efficient 5-star service and the best recommendations that works best for you.

Great customer service. Had to replace my cousin's broken phone. In and out in 10 mins. Didn't try pushing extras down our throats. Again GREAT employees! This will be the only store I go to now!

This is the best metro store in lowell by far! The guys are always so helpful and they usually have everything in stock. Definitely the one to go to if your looking for a new phone!
