“My wife and I were looking for a power lift recliner in preparation for upcoming medical needs and, knowing very little about them, decided to visit different stores to compare and contrast. The selection offered by Charron, albeit smaller, was far superior to the much larger store, and their prices were much lower even with the larger store's discounts. But what really sold us on Charron was their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They knew the detailed information about their products and were willing to go the extra mile to help us. In contrast, the people at the larger store didn't know the answers to many of our questions and could not be bothered to research the answers. When our chairs were delivered, the staff who assembled our chairs knew exactly what they were doing; they completed their work quickly and answered all of our questions.
