Service was great.Mark Healy the salesman was great. Overall I got a good deal. Would have been a 5 star If I got a lttle closer to the actual KBB Trade in Value my trade in was really worth. But I get it. Its business. DO NOT go to McGovern Ford of Saugus. McGovern Ford of Saugus are a bunch of Snakes. Bait-N-Switch scammers and liars.

Very friendly service from the moment I came in to have my car serviced. Lisa so pleasant when checking me in. The oil change and tire rotation took just over an hour, quicker than I expected. Always a great experience at McGovern.

I just purchased a Ford Maverick from Nick at McGovern and the experience was top notch. I was feeling pretty nervous about the whole process of getting the right car at the best price. Nick is one of the newest sales reps at the dealership and he was very honest about that. His brother, Rob and manager, Paul helped get all my questions answered without pressuring me into making a decision I might not be comfortable with. After test driving the truck, they actually encouraged me to take a day or two before deciding to avoid any buyers remorse. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and Juan at McGovern Ford of Lowell walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. I had a great experience all of the staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to McGovern Ford again.

I bought my truck here when it was Drumhill Ford and have always brought it back for servicing. I'm always sure to speak to Carlos in the service department as he is always extremely helpful and accommodating as well as ensures I have a clear understanding of the work to be done.
