August 17th 2024, I stopped going here for awhile cuz the worker is rude, but today I'm here. Well guess what my little clothes in the dryer didn't dried after 2 dollars. Ask the worker why isn't the dryer hot she said put more money 2 dollard ain't enough with her stank face. Of course I need my clothes dry I put more money. While folding my clothes I noticed I no longer have detergents scent on my clothes. At that point I feel like I'm washing my clothes with dirty water. Just when I thought I was done my towel didn't dried after 3 dollar. Had to put another dollar cuz I didn't feel like asking again

Worst carwash in lowell. Your car will come out dirtier than it went in. It barely dries it leaving soap spots, Not gonna start about the vacuums, if they even do start. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

worst car wash ever! never has any working wash bays. it costs $6 as well which is ridiculous for inoperative equipment. the one south lowell is better and only $5 to wash, Also, everything functions as it should. This place is a waste of time and effort. Just keep driving by.

I went to the laundromat. It's always clean. The lady that works there is friendly and helpful. Only thing, customers can be entitled. Some park right in front of the door so you can't get in and need to go around to the other door. While others leave their laundry right in front of the door to pull their cars up and you're standing there waiting while holding your own laundry. I do wish management would put an end to people blocking the doors, it makes it difficult to get in and out.
Otherwise, the prices are great and it's very clean and easy.

They squash as many people through as they possibly can, it zooms you through, barely washes, and your car comes out soaking wet since it only gets about 30 seconds at the most under the fan. I was afraid at the end that the car behind me would rear end me, as I have to brake first before my car will go into drive. And it's very expensive! I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Don’t waste your money! Wish I had read reviews. Car didn’t get cleaned, was expensive and when I reached out in hopes that they would allow the car to go through machine a second time I was greeted with an “undeliverable” message via email and an automated “can’t take your call” message via phone

Worst car wash service in lowell,The machines are not fully working & you will waste your money. They also overcharge if credit/debit card used!! I was ripped off many times and will never go back there.

The vacuum we used didn't work. It had holes in the tube. We had to pay for another vacuum. Vacuum itself wasn't powerful.

After I sprayed with soap, I tried to switch to rinse spray but the button didn't work. Finally it worked but I only had 1 minute left to rinse my car. I called the business but the voicemail was full. I had other issues before so I'm avoiding for now. Also, I think it says 5 minutes but it started less than 5 minutes.
