So I’ve been a long time customer. I just had my new boiler and oil tank replaced. The whole entire process was seamless. I called over a week ago for an estimate and they were here literally within a week to install the new boiler. From the office staff to the field guys are AWESOME. Very professional. I highly recommend getting your oil or any service they provide. I’m very very happy with my new boiler and oil tank!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

U have the option to pump ur own gas or get full service. At no additional charge and the prices are always similar to other stations

Very rude and unprofessional. I ordered oil to be delivered. I was never told over the phone it was CASH ONLY. The delivery person never confirm it was “cash only” and proceeded to setup. After realizing I wasn't aware of this new “cash only” rule, he storms off yelling, telling me he is leaving and won’t be coming back. I’ve had oil delivered by this company for 7 years. They always charge my card for service. I called the office and the lady who answered proceeded to tell me to “call back the following day for a gas delivery.” I called early morning the following day and she’s freaking out on the phone saying I can’t call for same day service and proceed to hang up on me when I told her that it was her request for me to call the following day. It is winter time. I have children. It’s also the day before thanksgiving. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue since Monday and it is now Wednesday and I have no oil to heat my home because the employees are behaving very unprofessional and cannot conduct business professionally or properly.

I like Mahoney Oil Co. they offer free air for your tires unlike any other gas station you have to pay in order to use Mahoney offer air for free thanks Mahoney!

Woke up to no heat and a load of soot in the basement. Called into the answering service and got a call about 15 minutes later. Thank goodness the outside temp was in the mid 40s so we were not really cold. The Service man came and we found out we needed a chimney company to come in. Joyce referred Jim Sullivan. I called and left a voicemail, 5 minutes later he returned my call and was at our home in an hour. A couple of hours later the issue was resolved and all was fixed. We are a second generation Mahoney Oil Customer and with customer service and focus like this, we will continue to be.

They have good pump , but the people at the window [ cashier] they always are rude and unprofessional with everybody special in the midnight shift

Never buying oil from this place. My friend had a bad experience with customer service, and that's enough for me to stick with Haffners!

I called Mahoney oil after realizing that the tank in the home I purchase 1 month ago was almost completely empty. After leaving a message I decided to call back about 1/2 hour later and was surprised that they knew my name and address and were about to call me when I rang. Mahoney has the lowest price in the area as well as a $.10 per gallon discount if I payed right away ($.17 lower than the closest competitor) After setting everything up I figured on being serviced much later in the day. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy when a receipt fell out of my door within an hour of my call as a new customer! I was also offered to set up a payment plan for the winter months ahead when other companies said that I needed to purchase 3 services to determine my usage before I could be put on the service plans that they offer! So far I'm very impressed!
