This company is soooo mismanaged by its upper management that it has gone down hill severely, it only survives because of the baseline employees, they would go out of business if upper management actually helped the customers

I went to Lowe’s at Lowell MA today and was very disappointed by the customer services. The front desk manager was rude in answering my questions and I requested to see the store manager. Matt Heighes came (I think he is an assistant store manager). I tried to tell him about the issues their computer system had to block me for the return within the time frame. He thought I was accusing him about the issue and was very angry with me. I was trying to tell him that it was the computer system that had issues not him as a person. He was just very frustrated and kept saying that I was accusing him. I felt so bad about the Lowe’s customer service.
As a business owner, I have been going to Lowe’s much often than Home Depot for many years due to the good feeling about the customer services. Now things changed. The return policy changed a lot and in person service is terrible. It is time to leave.

The garden center had an excellent selection of very healthy, vibrant, high quality choices of plants, flowers, shrubs and trees with excellent prices too! The cashiers as well as other staff members that I interacted with were professional, helpful and friendly. This is my new favorite store.

I ordered about $1k of supplies for delivery, and the delivery was delayed twice for over a week, causing me to pay the contractors for a week of no work. I called several times to find out what was going on, and was hung up on twice after being "transferred."
I will definitely take my business to a smaller, local store with better customer service. If you're thinking about using this Lowell Lowes to save money, save yourself the trouble.
