If you have questions or concerns don’t bother going in asking them. They would answer your question with an attitude. While the other guy sit there and roll his eyes. They act like I was bothering them and it was a waste of time. After feeling unwanted there I just walked out.

1 year ago on June 30th 2023 after an unexpected illness, it became necessary to put my cat down. It was a very painful time for both my kitty and me. Lowell Humane Society made our last moments together beautiful. My little girl was calm and unafraid. They prepared a special place for me to see and hold my beautiful girl after she crossed over. I held her, kissed her, took a long last look and took a picture of her at peace instead of in pain. Everyone was so kind and respectful. Thank you Lowell Humane Society! I am forever grateful!

I got a cat from here she only costed 200$ they gave me some toys of hers and food and blankets she has settled in well the process was so easy I had a meet and then they kept her on hold and we picked her up with all her paperwork and they couldn't of picked a better fit and she has been such an amazing cat she's been a bit nervous around my jack Russell dog but she doesn't mind my chocolate lab

This place is top notch. They helped me neuter my male cat during a very difficult time for us. The vet wanted 1000 dollars for it. They were do awesome and friendly. It's great to know people still love animals and want to help.
